Always sterling silver .925 & genuine gemstones & minerals. All of our products are fair trade and are either my own designs or sourced from all around the world.

  • Where are you located? 

Desert Wanderer is located on the Gold Coast, Australia.

  • Where do you ship to?

Internationally! Excluding Russia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates & Israel. We send our treasures everywhere and are lucky enough to have babes from all around the world wearing our jewels.  

  • What are you shipping costs within Australia?

All orders over $100 receive free standard shipping, enter code Freeau. All other orders are charged at a flat fee of $7.90. You will receive a confirmation email once you purchase has been shipped. Your order should arrive within 2- 5 business days.

  • What are you International shipping costs and arrival times?

New Zealand orders are charged at a flat $12.90 fee. You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase has been shipped. Your order should arrive within 5 business days. Tracking Email provided through DHL.

International Orders are charged at a flat $19.95 fee for standard. You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase has been shipped. Your order should arrive within 7 - 15 business days. 

  • When will my order be processed?

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be processed, excluding weekends.

  •  When should I query my order?

 Australia please allow 5 working days after receiving your confirmation email before querying your order. Then contact Desert Wanderer via the contact tab on the website. Please include your order number and Name.

 New Zealand  please allow 5 working days after receiving your confirmation email before querying your order, please check you DHL email with your tracking information included. Then contact Desert Wanderer via the contact tab on the website. Please include your order number and Name. 

Internationally  please allow 15 working days after receiving your confirmation email before querying your order, please check you DHL email with your tracking information included. Then contact Desert Wanderer via the contact tab on the website. Please include your order number and Name.

PAYMENTS

  • What Payments do you accept?

You can pay with all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard. Apple Pay and Pay Pal are also accepted.

  • What Currency is your website in?

The website will always be in AUD. If a currency converter is needed one is easily found on Google to give you an approximate.

RETURNS

Desert Wanderer is unable to offer refunds or credits for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to issue you with a new one if in stock, offer you a credit or refund if the item is returned within 14 days. Please email Desert wanderer via the contact form with your name and invoice number. Once received I will walk you through the returns process.

The  customer is responsible for the cost of returns shipping. All items must be posted back in a padded envelope, in original packaging. Desert wanderer is not responsible for items that do not turn up so it is suggested you purchase tracking. 

What else do I need to know?

Desert Wanderer is not liable for further shipping costs if your item is returned to sender or if can't be delivered to the address provided.

Before queering your package please ensure you have waited the appropriate processing and wait times for your destination. Please keep in mind transit times are only a guideline, that this depends on your countries individual customs requirements and Desert Wanderer is not responsible for delays.
