Returns & Refunds

Items are either sourced with care or handmade with love, however please keep in mind when purchasing, that all crystals, beads and stones are unique and will vary in size, colour and shape, all purchases are final. Refunds and exchanges will not be given for change of mind. Due to the fragility of Crystals refunds or exchanges cannot be offered if broken, chipped or dropped once delivered. If you have any questions please ask before purchasing.

In the case that your item is faulty, please email us first within 7 days of your item arriving with the issue so that we can find a suitable resolution. You will be requested to then send the item back with tracking, including  all original packaging, as we will not be able to assist you if we do not receive the item.

Jewellery Care

To keep your pieces beautiful, and avoid tarnishing, we recommend you keep your jewellery in a jewellery box or bag, away from hair spray, moisturises, water, perfume, and any harsh chemicals. Avoid dropping your crystals as they will break. The best way to do this is to put your accessories on very last. Remember to cleanse your crystals and gems on a full moon. In the case that your chain changes colour or looses it's luster it can be brought back to it's former glory with a clean using a silver cloth.
